Quincentennial Bridge, Terryland

The area directly underneath the Quincentennial Bridge at Terryland is littered with a layer of bottles, food wrappings, cigarette boxes...It seems to be a very popular place for partying.
There is also a lot of this litter thrown or blown into the adjacent River Corrib which is certainly doing nothing positive for the wildlife.
On previous occasions, I have noticed the grounds of the nearby ruined Terryland Castle covered in similiar debris. But thankfully not on this visit!
